Since both sets of our parents were in SLC we decided that it would be nice to bless Zuri while we were all together. It was a fun experience to do it in such an intimate setting at Lance's parents home. This was the first time my parents and Whitney were at a blessing so that was also really neat. Our good friend and Bishop from our SLC ward, Matt Wirthlin, came and conducted for us. Lance gave a beautiful blessing. He has a great gift for those sorts of things. Zuri was quite cooperative and didn't make a sound the entire blessing. She wore the same dress that we blessed Rori in. Afterwards we all enjoyed some ice cream in the backyard. It was a special night and great to have Zuri surrounded by people who love her.
