Kinder Cooking

Kai had been waiting all semester for his turn to be in charge of Kinder Cooking. So to add to all of the holiday fun I went in and helped with it on his last day of school before the Christmas break. That day also happened to be Holiday Pajama day at school. We had been assigned by his teacher to bring in pretzel rods, low-fat cool whip, peanut butter, and lots of different sprinkles to make magic wands. "W" had been the letter of the week that week. The kids dipped one end of the rods in to the cool whip or peanut butter and then decorated with the sprinkles. It was a cute and easy project that they all seemed to enjoy.

That sounds so fun. It's things like this that remind me to enjoy the kids while they're young - one day they won't be too excited to have us hanging around school with them :)
