Two weekends ago we headed out on a little adventure to explore nearby Mt. Charleston. We'd had several people recommend it to us. We checked out the snow, the mountain town, and the ski resort. It is amazing to go from the desert landscape to a moutain landscape so quickly. Now we are looking forward to going back again when the snow melts for some hiking.
