In our co-op preschool we do 3 lessons and 1 fieldtrip a month. Today was the first fieldtrip. We went to a local place called Wheeler Farm and checked out the animals. The kids loved it and it was a good change of pace. It also helped set a very Fall like tone despite the fact that it was almost hot out.

That's why we went to Lombardi Ranch last week, to bring on FALL!!! But yes, the heat is a little distracting to the mood!
