San Fran

We just got back from a great handful of days in San Fransisco. Lance was attending the ABA (American Bar Association) annual big conference and Kai and I decided to tag along. Lance's parents even decided to join us there for a few days which was super fun. Some highlights of the trip were riding the cable cars, yummy meals, riding the carousel, seeing the sea lions, ice cream sundaes, playing with grandma and grandpa, and on and on.





Another huge highlight was getting to hang out with the Wise's. Kai LOVED Beckham and Hudson. They were so super cute. Plus it was so great because all 3 boys got along so well and love doing all the same sorts of things. That sure made it nice for us parents. It really was so much fun. We only wish we lived closer.





It was a great trip and really nice to enjoy the cooler summer weather for a few days.

On Kai's actual birthday he rode the caurosel, had an ice cream sundae, went swimming in the hotel pool, and just hung out with Mom and Dad. It is hard to imagine that he is already 2 years old. We laugh every day at all the funny things he says and does. We love his sweet temperment, how he loves to run, jump and dance, his bright blue eyes and blond hair, and the gentle way he plays with his little friends. As the days pass it has just been getting better and better.
